Join us on Friday, 18th September as we celebrate Culture Night under the theme "Different cultures. One community."

We invite you to step inside our doors to explore our history, our people, and our culture through an evening of guided tours, historical talks, reflections, and diverse musical performances.

Evening Schedule

  • 5:30 pm & 6:00 pm | Historic Church Tours

    Deacon Greg Pepper presents Tours of our historic church.

  • 6:30 pm | Historical Figures associated with St. Andrew’s

    Deacon Dermot McCarthy presents the historical figures associated with St. Andrew’s.

  • 7:00 pm | Traditional Chinese Music & Song

    Our Chinese Community musicians and singers perform their traditional Chinese music.

  • 7:30 pm | Historical Figures associated with St. Andrew’s (Encore Talk)

    A second opportunity to catch Deacon Dermot McCarthy’s presentation on the historical figures associated with St. Andrew’s.

  • 8:00 pm | Reflections & Piano Accompaniment

    Fr. Alan Hilliard, Administrator of Westland Row, shares readings and reflections from his RTÉ “A Word in Edgeways” broadcasts, accompanied on piano by musician and singer Matthew Lalor.

  • 8:30 pm | Parish Choir & Organ Recital

    St. Andrew’s Church Choir sing some of their favourite historic motets, followed by an organ recital with our organist, Mark McCrystal.

Admission is free, and everyone is warmly invited. Come for a single event or stay for the entire evening to celebrate the rich heritage and community spirit of Westland Row. All are welcome!
